Designed for those who may have experience in home construction or for the times when you don't have enough time for a full inspection, the walk through is a wise choice. Our inspector will spend about an hour with you and give you a verbal report on his assessment. You can choose a few major components of the home that you wish checked, while avoiding some of the in-depth details of a full inspection.  While there is no written report for this type of inspection, you can have our inspector's years of experience and trained eyes to compliment your real estate agent's and your own visual inspection of the property. While many of the major components in the home can have a quick once-over, this type of inspection is limited by time. It is recommended that a follow-up appointment is booked following possession date for a full home inspection.
