Yearly Check-Up

Year 1 - full inspection @ full price, and every subsequent year @ $150 + GST

Seniors save the tax! If you are 65 years of age and the current homeowner, the taxes will be included in the price.

Temporary Foreign Worker Housing Inspections

Walk Through Consultations

Walk through consultations are $250 for up to one hour (sale price currently $225). For clients upgrading to full inspections after possession, a $150 credit will be applied to the full inspection price.

Thermal Imaging

Thermal Imaging start at $100 with the purchase of a Full Home Inspection.

When purchased with the Yearly Check Up package, thermal imaging is $125 for the first year, and free every subsequent year (with the follow up $150 inspection).

Stand alone Thermal Imaging services start at $250 for up to 2 hours.

Single Component Inspection and Inspections Renovation Consultations

Single component inspections and on-site consultations start at $165 plus GST for up to one hour, and $100 for every portion of an hour thereafter.

Schedule F paper work and inspection - $225 + GST and mileage added. Please call for exact pricing.
