Covid -19 has taken the world by storm.

As home inspections are considered an essential service as it supports the real estate market and the people who need to purchase a home, as well as the construction industry.  As such, 4 Corner Home Inspections will continue to operate during throughout the pandemic, with heightened protocols.

While there are many differing opinions on this virus and the different protective measures we are taking, 4 Corner Home Inspections will always err on the side of caution. It is 4 Corner Home  Inspections strict policy that while inside the space that belongs to someone else, we will respect that space and the health of the homeowners. In this context, 4 Corner Home Inspections can choose to end an inspection should anyone refuse to adhere to this policy.

If you feel more comfortable wearing a mask, please do so. If you choose not to wear a mask, that is also acceptable. If a homeowner/seller requests masks be worn, all in attendance must do so. If you are unwell, do not attend the inspection. If you are ill, there will be no charges for a re-scheduled or cancelled appointment. All those at the inspection will assume their own risk for being in attendance.​
